Yes! Our game truck and Game Coach arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup. Gaming ends about 10–15 minutes before the scheduled end time to allow for cleanup and preparation for the next event.
A 3.5% payment processing fee is applied during booking. This covers secure payment handling so we can confirm your NJ Game Truck party reservation instantly.

We recommend gaming parties for kids 7 years and older. For 6-year-olds, parental supervision or help from older siblings is required. Guests should be able to follow basic instructions from our Game Coach.
We need at least 50 feet of level parking space. If your street is narrow or has limited space to maneuver, please notify us ahead of time. We prefer straight-in access to avoid difficult parallel parking.
We can set up at homes, schools, parks, churches, businesses, and other locations with level parking. If street parking is limited, consider a park or public space—with proper permits—so we can serve your area with ease.
Tips are never required but are greatly appreciated if you feel our Game Coach did an excellent job at your event.
One adult host should be present, especially for younger kids. However, our trained Game Coach runs the party, supervises gameplay, and keeps everything running smoothly. We may capture photos or videos for social media—just let us know if you prefer not to share.
To maintain the clean, high-end quality of our gaming theater, no food or beverages are allowed inside the trailer.
Our game truck is climate-controlled and weather-resistant. We operate rain or shine. If extreme weather creates unsafe conditions (e.g., storms, high winds), we may reschedule the party for everyone’s safety.
We stock a wide range of games rated E to M, including multiplayer and competitive games. You can bring your own favorites, too! We also offer VR experiences (ages 12+) with immersive headset gameplay.
